"Recently purchased new vehicle. Previous insurance company tripled my rate with the explanation that my "new car is 15 years newer". I was a home+auto customer for them for over 20 years. One of my brothers was already using this agency so I called. Lillian took my info over the phone and it was a great personal conversation, not a business transaction. Lillian also saved me $1100 bucks on my 6-month premium price with better coverage. I also switched the homeowners policy too."
