"I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agency. In November I was charged 3 times the same month I had already paid, I noticed an additional $47 charge in the app. I paid it, then realized it was a duplicate payment and contacted the agency for a refund. I spoke with Morgan and later with the owner, Whitney Owens. They refused to issue a refund, claiming the money was owed to a prior insurance agency. I have never received any notice, bill, or documentation stating that I owed a previous agency anything. I asked multiple times for written proof from both agencies and have yet to receive any explanation. This situation has gone on for 2–3 months. During my final attempt to resolve the issue, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, when I called to reinstate my insurance while awaiting resolution, I was told I was “ineligible,” which was not true. This happened right before a major storm, putting my home at unnecessary risk. I simply want transparency and my $47 returned if no proof exists. Unfortunately, this agency has refused to do either. They sent me to call Pat Frizzels Office and the only thing they gave me was a printout from Whitneys office. So far they haven’t been able to prove billing for the time I was at their agency, and yet I still do not have my money back. I guess I’m going to have to call the Arkansas Insurance Department, to get this settled and make a complaint."

"Tiffany I cannot be held responsible for a payment made to a previous agency. There are so many possibilities as to why that charge is there - including being a past due payment. I cannot issue a refund for a payment my office didn’t take/process. Rewriting your review every few days and writing on my Facebook pictures is ineffective. I suggest you talk with State Farm Corporate, and if you see fit after their resolution The Department of Insurance. "

"We’re long-time State Farm clients whose agent just retired. We were transferred to Whitney Owen’s agency and were stewarded by her customer relations rep Paul Timmer. Paul reached out a few days after we were notified of the agent change and set up a meeting with us. He reviewed our insurance coverages with us and answered questions. We learned a few things we weren’t aware of and he provided context around each item. Paul represented Whitney’s agency very well and left us feeling confident that we have a strong team behind us.
